Your mission:

• Manage projects from first idea to successful launch.
• Communicate with clients in a way that makes them feel like we are their extended arm.
• Plan deadlines, guard budgets and keep everything under control.
• Coordinate the creative team, copywriters, contractors – just whatever it takes.
• Prepare and present proposals that convince clients at first sight.

What we expect:

• Experience in project or account management is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Great organizational and communication skills – you will be our “time keeper”.
• Ability to creatively solve challenges and keep a cool head even under pressure.
• English at such a level that you can easily understand foreign clients.
• Team spirit, drive and a positive mindset.
• The position is full-time, exclusively in our Prague office.

What will be your mission:

• Actively seek new business opportunities and clients in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
• Develop relationships with existing partners and look for ways to grow with them.
• Collaborate with the creative and project team to develop proposals and presentations.
• Represent our agency at meetings, events and tenders.
• Strategically manage business processes – from first approach to contract signing.

What we expect from you:

• Business experience in marketing, advertising, design or creative industries.
• Natural goal stroke, autonomy and ability to negotiate with decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can wow a demanding client.
• An understanding of the advertising and creative environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Slovak/Czech and English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to work full-time from our office in Prague.
