| For new customers or customers without a 12-month cooperation history, the initial Service Tier will be determined based on the customer’s expected needs and anticipated scope of work/services. Where possible, the Service Tier will be agreed mutually between MAISON D’IDÉE and the customer. If no agreement is reached, or if the appropriate Service Tier cannot be clearly determined at the start of the cooperation, MAISON D’IDÉE reserves the right to assign the customer to Tier III (Project Partner) by default. | |||
| The customer may subsequently upgrade to a higher Service Tier by subscribing to the applicable Monthly Service Fee. MAISON D’IDÉE will review the Service Tier classification after the first three months of cooperation and may adjust the classification based on the actual volume and nature of work/services provided. Any such adjustment will be communicated to the customer. For the avoidance of doubt, the final determination and classification of the applicable Service Tier rests with MAISON D’IDÉE. | |||

|---|---|---|
| Small work/services | 0.25–1 manday | Minor graphic edits, banner resizing, copy adjustments |

The scheduling, start date and delivery timeline for such work/servicess will be determined by MAISON D’IDÉE based on the estimated scope of work/services, current production capacity and project priorities, and will be communicated to the customer. | ||
| The final classification of a work/services (Small / Medium / Large) and the estimated scope of work/services are determined by MAISON D’IDÉE based on the complexity and requirements of the request. If the scope of work/services exceeds the initial estimate, MAISON D’IDÉE reserves the right to reclassify the work/services and schedule the work/services accordingly. | ||
| Reaction Time | The period within which MAISON D’IDÉE confirms receipt of a customer’s request, reviews its feasibility, and provides a preliminary estimate for the scheduling or start of the requested work/services in accordance with the production schedule and capacity of the respective Service Tier. Reaction Time does not represent the delivery time of the final work/services, the first draft, or any completed output. | |
| The Reaction Time period begins only once MAISON D’IDÉE has received a complete and sufficiently clear brief together with all materials, information, and inputs necessary to perform the requested work/services. If the provided brief or materials are incomplete, unclear, or require clarification, the Reaction Time period will commence only after such deficiencies have been resolved. | ||
