We are growing and looking for a person whose main responsibility will be systematic generation and qualification of new business opportunities.

Your goal is clear: bring qualified leads into the pipeline. After the first relevant sales call, our team takes over.
What You Will Do
Lead Generation
- Active generation of cold leads (LinkedIn, cold calling, email sequences, events)
- Building and scaling outbound campaigns
- Identifying companies based on ICP (FMCG brands, manufacturers, retail, companies planning rebranding or product launches)
Lead Qualification
- Converting contacts into MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads)
- Qualifying into SQL (Sales Qualified Leads)
- Handing over SAL (Sales Accepted Leads) into the sales pipeline
- Evaluating leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing)
Pipeline Management
- Structuring leads in CRM
- Performance reporting (lead volume, qualification, conversion rates)
- Optimizing outbound strategy based on performance
- Once a relevant call with a qualified decision-maker is scheduled, our sales team takes over.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B outbound and lead generation
- Ability to systematically generate cold/outbound leads
- Understanding of MQL, SQL, and SAL
- Ability to qualify leads using BANT
- Performance-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach – you create opportunities
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM
Experience in FMCG or a marketing/creative agency is a strong advantage
